Cork Beats Stress is back in a number of venues and locations across Cork City this Autumn.
The hugely successful FREE Stress Control courses are being run by HSE Primary Care Psychology Services, St Finbarrs GAA, Knocknaheeny Youth Project, Health Action Zone and the Carrigaline Family Support Centre.
