Cork City member of National Network of Healthy Cities & Counties

A signing ceremony for the Cork City accreditaion to the National Network of Healthy Cities & Counties in Ireland took place on Jan 11th in the Lord Mayor’s Chambers with the Lord Mayor Cllr. Des Cahill and Chief Executive Ann Doherty.

Cork City Council was accredited with a certificate to the Network of Healthy Cities & Counties along with Waterford City and County Council, Galway City Council, South Dublin County Council and Offaly County Council by The Minister of State for Health Promotion, Marcella Corcoran Kennedy, TD, who formally launched the National Healthy Cities and Counties of Ireland Network in Dublin City Hall on the 29th Nov 2016.
