The Healthy Ireland Cities & Counties Programme is a Department of Health funded initiative located within Local Government as per the Healthy Ireland Outcomes Framework.
This Framework aims to bring a concerted focus on life-long wellbeing, prevention of illness and the reduction of health inequalities.
