
Dr Monica O’Mullane, School of Public Health, University College Corkm.omullane@ucc.ie Monica is a senior research fellow working in the School of Public Health UCC, leading her Health Research Board funded project Development of a Health Impact Assessment Implementation Model: Enhancing Intersectoral Approaches in Tackling Health Inequalities (HIA-IM) (2023-2026). This project involves many partners including Cork Healthy Cities and Cork City Council as the HIA implementation model is created over a number of years. Monica is passionate about cities as health promoting spaces. She has written on this topic with Denise Cahill for RTE Brainstorm and will coedit with Denise a similarly themed book to be published in 2023.
