‘Make Or Break’ – free workplace lunchtime workshops

What is ‘Make Or Break’?

Funded by Creative Ireland, ‘Make Or Break’ delivers free lunchtime workshops designed to inspire creativity and promote mental wellbeing at work. Activities include bookbinding, photography, clay sculpting, printmaking, and more — all aimed at providing relaxing, enjoyable experiences that foster a positive workplace environment.

Since its launch, over 2,800 creative lunch breaks have been enjoyed by staff from more than 30 organisations. Participants have shared powerful feedback:

“I had a bounce in my step for the past few Tuesdays knowing the workshop was on at lunchtime. It was such a great stress relief activity.”
“I learned so much in a short time; my only regret is that it didn’t run for another couple of weeks!”
“Very rewarding and a great way to build relationships with colleagues and people within the building.”

Who can participate?

  • Workplaces located in Cork county or Kerry
  • Workplaces with 10 or more employees
  • Ability to provide a suitable room for the workshop onsite
